One way to control ejaculation is by contracting your PC muscles. These are the muscles that you use to stop the flow of urine. When you go to the bathroom try stopping and starting the flow of urine. If you have a problem stopping your urine flow, your PC muscles need to be exercised. The second way is to stop all forms of sexual stimulation. Once you begin to orgasm, and you feel like you’re about to ejaculate, stop stimulating your penis, and contract your PC muscles. You will have a feel good orgasm, and at the same time, you will not ejaculate. Start again, and continue this method over and over again, until you are ready to fully cum or ejaculate. You are now a multi orgasmic man!
